This piece is inspired by own personal experience with music and the community that it creates. As the animals journey through the forest accompanied by Death, they celebrate with joy rather than fear the unknown darkness. The instruments themselves represent an homage to Detroit built Motown music. "Music by Moonlight" has appeared at the Plymouth Art Council's "Interpretations in the D" 2025 exhibit and the Paint Creek Center of the Art's "Haunted" 2025 exhibition.
